 Meet Colonel Cheeto, a gentle giant tipping the scales at 22 pounds! Rescued from a feral cat colony, it quickly became clear that this big man is anything but feral—he’s a true love bug at heart. At just 3 years old, Colonel Cheeto has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, ready to find his forever home.

With an insatiable appetite for attention, Colonel Cheeto thrives on companionship and affection from his human friends. He gets along well with dogs and shows promise in interacting with other cats, although he might playfully assert his dominance from time to time. This charming feline is sure to bring joy and warmth to any household that welcomes him. Will you be the one to give Colonel Cheeto the loving home he deserves?  

  Stranger was found wandering our neighborhood, having been abandoned and spending weeks on his own. Initially skittish and cautious, he kept his distance from everyone. However, one day, he decided he was ready for a change and allowed the kind-hearted neighbors to take him in. We ensured he received the care he deserved—getting him neutered, vaccinated, and well-fed—before letting him back out, hoping he might have an owner somewhere.

After monitoring his situation, it became clear that he was living alone by the creek. Recognizing his need for a safe and loving environment, I brought him inside. Now, Stranger is eagerly awaiting his forever home. At just three years old, he is the sweetest boy, full of affection for his humans. While he prefers to keep his distance from dogs and can be a bit of a bully to other cats, I truly believe that with gentle and gradual introductions, he could learn to coexist with both. This gentle spirit deserves a loving family to call his own! 

 Merida was born to a feral mother in Placerville, when compassionate Samaritans raised concerns for her safety and that of her brother, we quickly stepped in to help. We successfully trapped the two kittens along with their young mother, who, being just a year old and feral herself, was TNRed and returned to her home.

At just 5 weeks old, Merida and her brother showcased their surprisingly social personalities. After spending time with us, receiving plenty of love, care, and socialization, they are now ready to embark on their journey to find forever homes.

Merida is a stunning 8-week-old medium-haired blue tortie point Siamese with a unique coloring that sets her apart from any other cat we’ve seen. While she is a bit more independent than her brother, she adores attention and is a confident little lady. Merida gets along beautifully with both dogs and other cats, making her a wonderful addition to any family. This sweet girl is eager to share her affectionate spirit and find a home that will cherish her for years to come!
